CFHS ZAMBIA - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE


These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern the engagement and responsibilities of all individuals affiliated with CFHS Zambia, including but not limited to University Representatives, researchers, graphic designers, and students receiving assistance. By participating in CFHS Zambia’s services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 CFHS Zambia: An academic assistance service provider specializing in medical presentations, academic research, assignments, research writing, and graphic design.

1.2 User: Any individual or institution engaging with CFHS Zambia’s services, including students, researchers, and academic professionals.

1.3 University Representatives: Students appointed to represent CFHS Zambia at various universities globally.

1.4 Service Providers: Individuals offering research, academic writing, graphic design, and presentation services through CFHS Zambia.

1.5 Clients: Individuals or institutions receiving services from CFHS Zambia.


2. SERVICES PROVIDED

2.1 Academic Assistance: CFHS Zambia provides support in research writing, assignments, and medical presentations.

2.2 Graphic Designing: Creation of visually appealing academic materials and designs.

2.3 University Representation: Appointed representatives oversee CFHS Zambia activities at their respective institutions.

2.4 Consultation and Guidance: CFHS Zambia offers advisory services in academic writing, research methodologies, and presentation.
2.5 Research Topic Approval: To ensure quality service, customers must meet the following conditions before their research topic is accepted:

Relevance: The topic should align with academic objectives from the client’s training institution.

Supervisor’s Approval: The topic must be approved by the client's supervisor (lecturer or research advisor). Topics without approval will be rejected.

Significance: The research should address an important gap or issue with practical or theoretical relevance.

Feasibility: The topic must be achievable within available time, funding, and data access.

Originality: The research must offer a novel question, approach, or perspective.

Ethical Considerations: Ethical standards should be upheld to protect participants and maintain research integrity.

Alignment with Guidelines: The topic should comply with CFHS Zambia’s guidelines on research methodologies and themes.

Timing Relevance: Topics must be submitted at least 7 days before presentation to ensure quality work. Late submissions may not be accepted.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS

3.1 Honesty and Integrity: Users must provide accurate academic information and uphold ethical research standards.

3.2 Respect for Copyright: Users shall not submit or request plagiarized work. CFHS Zambia reserves the right to reject any request violating academic integrity.

3.3 Timely Requests: Clients must submit requests within reasonable timeframes to allow for quality service delivery.

3.4 Confidentiality: Users agree not to disclose CFHS Zambia’s internal processes, pricing, or client details.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF UNIVERSITY REPRESENTATIVES

4.1 Promotion and Awareness: Representatives shall actively promote CFHS Zambia services within their institutions.

4.2 Professionalism: Representatives shall maintain professionalism in all engagements with students and faculty.

4.3 Reporting and Accountability: Representatives must provide periodic reports on their activities and progress.

4.4 Non-Exclusivity: University Representatives may not engage in competing services while representing CFHS Zambia.


5. PAYMENT AND SERVICE FEES

5.1 Service Charges: Fees vary based on complexity and urgency. A quotation will be provided before work begins.

5.2 Installment Policy:

Customers must pay at least 50% of the agreed price to stand as commitment fee before work starts.

The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project.

No project will commence before the first installment is received.

5.3 Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued only in cases of service non-delivery or failure to meet agreed specifications.


6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

6.1 Breach of Terms: CFHS Zambia reserves the right to terminate services for any user found violating these Terms.

6.2 Misuse of Services: Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or misconduct will lead to service suspension.

6.3 Voluntary Termination: Users may discontinue their engagement with CFHS Zambia at any time, provided outstanding obligations are settled.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 CFHS Zambia shall not be held liable for academic penalties arising from misuse of its services.

7.2 CFHS Zambia does not guarantee specific academic outcomes but ensures quality service delivery.

7.3 Users engage with CFHS Zambia at their own discretion and accept responsibility for how they use provided materials.


8. AMENDMENTS

8.1 CFHS Zambia reserves the right to update these Terms as necessary. Continued use of services after modifications implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
